This file contains a 160-page subject matter index to the numerous memoranda that have been distributed to Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) and other OAH staff.
Many of these memoranda simply announce the release of various guidance documents, such as Administrative Directives (ADMs), Informational Letters (INFs), Local Commissioner Memoranda (LCMs) and General Information System (GIS) Messages, which can be found at: http://onlineresources.wnylc.net/pb/default.asp.
Those memoranda, which address Fair Hearing policies, are found at: http://onlineresources.wnylc.net/FairHearingResources/showfaq.asp?fldAuto=4. Others can be requested by sending an e-mail to POOR.
