This directory lists the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the staff and administrators in the Fair Hearing Division of HRA's MICSA.
MICSA is responsible for the following programs within HRA:
• Medicaid, also known as Medical Assistance (MA), including Family Health Plus,
• Home Care Services Program, which includes Personal Care Services (PCS), Long Term Home Health Care Program (LTHHCP) [also known as the "Nursing Home Without Walls" or "Lombardi" program], Managed Long-Term Care Program, Assisted Living Program and the Care-at-Home Program,
• HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA), which replaced HRA's Division of AIDS Services and Income Support (DASIS), and
• Adult Protective Services (APS).
