Effective November 18, 1999, the Clinton Job Center (ISC 62) and the Bayridge Job Center (ISC 70) have assumed responsibility from the NYC Office of Employment Services (NOES and NBEG) for processing employment-related sanctions, in the same manner that the Richmond Job Center (ISC 99) now administers employability-related issues, as outlined in OAH Transmittal 99-08.
