A new Post Office Box has been designated for use on notices of intent pertaining to Managed Care issues, which is separate and distinct from the P.O. Box 1930 address. The newly established mailing address is:

In an effort to comply with what will probably, in the future, require limited time frames for handling managed care issues, the use of the separate mailing address will enhance OAH's ability to expeditiously process these requests.
