HRA's Bushwick Job Center (ISC66) and the Greenwood Job Center (ISC85) have assumed responsibility from the NYC Office of Employment Services (NOES) for processing employment-related sanctions, in the same manner that the Richmond Job Center (ISC99) now administers employability-related issues, as outlined in OAH Transmittal 99-08.
