99-10: Elimination of Agency Designation NCCP When Coding Cluster Care Cases (amended 03/30/99)

There is no longer a need to schedule a separate calendar for NYC Cluster Care issues. Agency designation NCCP should no longer be used to distinguish Cluster Care cases from other Home Care cases.
All fair hearing requests involving Cluster Care can be set up against the Office of Home Care (agency designation NOHC) even in circumstances where the notice of action may have been initiated by NCCP.
Issue code 287 (Cluster Care) should still be used in situations where the home care is being changed due to clustering.
