The purpose of this GIS is to notify the local social services districts that there will be a statewide rate increase for case management services in the Care at Home (CAH) waiver programs, effective for dates of service (DOS) on and after October 1, 2007.
The new statewide rate will be $20 per quarter hour ($80 per hour). There will be no upstate/downstate rate differential for CAH case management for DOS on and after October 1, 2007.
