The purpose of this LCM is to transmit each social services district's allocation of funding for child care subsidies under the federal Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) Act of 1990 for the federal fiscal year (October 1, 1991 to September 30, 1992). Also provided is each social services district's CCDBG maintenance of effort level which must be maintained in order for the district to access CCDBG funding.
