The purpose of this Local Commissioner's Memorandum is to inform you that three Statewide Forums will be held for public discussions on the Long Term Care policy paper, Long Term Care for the Aged and Disabled Persons in New York State - A Public Policy Framework Framework, and the State Office for the Aging's proposal, Managed Access to Aging Services (MAAS) MAAS). These forums as the attached notice specifies will be held in Rochester on March 2, Albany on March 4, and New York City on March 6.
