The purpose of this LCM is to inform social services districts that the Department has been notified that the full appropriation under the federal Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) Act of 1990 for New York State for federal fiscal year October 1, 1991 through September 30, 1992 is available for expenditure.
