The Department is currently negotiating an agreement with SUNY to develop a new proqram called COPE (College Opportunity to Prepare for Employment). SUNY funds will act as the match for federal JOBS funds, so that COPE will serve ADC JOBS participants in JOBS activities. COPE providers will include community colleges, schools of technology, and 4-year colleges which provide 2-year degree programs.
