The purpose of this letter is to apprise you of the status of our efforts to develop managed special care regulations. As you know, we have recently reached an agreement with each of the relevant State agencies on the content of the regulations. We have begun the clearance process here at SES, and hope to publish these regulations as soon as we can. A copy of the most current draft is attached, for your information.
