This Local Commissioners Memorandum (LCM) is to provide you Spanish translations of the recipient notices and fact sheet referenced in 92 LCM- 157. You were informed in 92 LCM-157 that the Spanish translations, which were not available at the time the LCM was sent to you, would follow in a subsequent LCM.
