This memorandum is to transmit a copy of the approved New York State Food Stamp Reinvestment Plan. The Reinvestment Plan was submitted in accordance with the January 19, 1993 Food Stamp Sanction Settlement Agreement reached with the United States Department of Agriculture (see 93 LCM-14).
