The Election Reform Act of 1992 is intended to make voter registration forms more widely available in public agencies. The Department seeks your assistance in achieving this objective. We have agreed, in cooperation with the State Board of Elections, on an approach to increase the availability of voter registration forms without imposing any significant new burdens upon social services districts.
