As you know, Mary Jo Bane has resigned from the Department to accept an appointment with the United States Department of Health and Human Services. Effective immediately, Gregory M. Kaladjian has assumed the role of Acting Commissioner of this Department until the appointment and confirmation of a new Commissioner.
