An amendment to Section 20005.A of Title XX added a new limitation on the use of grants in Section 20005.A(9). This new section prohibits individuals and entities who have committed acts of fraud or abuse under the Medicare, Medicaid, Maternal and Child Health and SSBG Programs from receiving Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) funds.
