The purpose of this letter is to advise you of the Foster Care Reimbursement Cap amounts for all local social services districts as well as to provide additional information regarding the Cap. As you are aware, the 1993/94 tate Budget required enactment of a cap on the state share of all Foster Care reimbursements to local districts in SFY 93/94.
