This letter is to alert you to a notice that will be sent to all individuals identified by the Social Security Administration as potentially eligible for Medical Assistance (MA) under the Disabled Adult Child (DAC) provision of Section 1634(c) of the Social Security Act (the Act) for the period July 1987 through December 1992. Please see the enclosed listing for the number of DAC cases for your district.
