The Department has just released the manual, "Kids Have Rights and Responsibilities Too: Legal Rights For Adolescents." This manual, which was developed under a training contract with Statewide Youth Advocacy, Inc., is designed primarily for foster care youth preparing for independent living and is intended to assist them in taking greater responsibility in advocating for themselves.
