Federal Rule at 5 CFR PART 581 sets out requirements for processing garnishment orders for child support/alimony against Federal entities. The final rule included certain amendments to the regulations as noted by Federal OCSE in the Action Transmittal and also provides an up-to-date list and address of agents of Federal entities designated to receive legal process (including income executions issued by local districts).
