93 LCM-170: Private Duty Nursing for the Care At Home Program

This LCM concerns private duty nursing provided to children in the Care At Home Programs. When a Care At Home private duty nursing fee code is billed, MMIS pays the hourly amount actually billed by the provider or the statewide maximum unit fee, which ever is lower. MMIS does not recognize locally negotiated private duty nursing fees for these codes.
