Section 368-f of the Social Services Law (SSL) provides that the New York State Department of Social Services (Department) must review claims for reimbursement of Medicaid administrative expenditures made by designated early intervention agencies on behalf of the social services district (SSD) for the administration of the Early Intervention Program.
