Local Commissioners Memorandum 94 LCM-105 announced the availability of $150,000 to local social services districts (LSSD) to provide up to 50% reimbursement to nonprofit agencies administering Public Works Project (PWP) programs for Home Relief recipients. Proposals to receive this funding were to be received by this Department by September 15, 1994. This date has been extended to October 14, 1994.
