The purpose of this LCM is to notify the local districts that effective September 1, 1994 a new 200 slot Care At Home Medicaid Model Waiver Program called Care at Home IV, (CAH IV) has been approved. Like CAH III, CAH IV will serve children who would be eligible for placement in an Intermediary Care Facility for the Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR).
