The Department of Health and Human Services has informed the Department that federal funds will be extended for both the At Risk Low Income Child Care (ARLICC) and Transitional Child Care programs for a three month period. The extension will cover child care subsidies for the period that begins October 1, 1995 and ends December 31, 1995.
