As explained in 94 ADM-1, pursuant to the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), the voter registration form is now part of our basic application. As a result, there are many private non-profit organizations such as hospitals and community based social services agencies, distributing and providing assistance in completing applications. Some of these organizations are not aware of what they are supposed to do with the voter registration form.
