The purpose of this Memorandum is to advise you that your Child/Teen Health Program (CTHP) coordinator has been sent the revised CTHP section of the Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) manual. This section has been provided to the coordinators for reference and to answer questions that health care providers may raise.
