The purpose of this letter is to advise you of revised and final Foster Care Reimbursement Cap amounts for SFY 1994/95. The original chart, issued in 94 LCM-116, did not include FNP administrative costs. The attached revised Cap amounts continue to reflect a district's payment or non-payment of foster care cost-of-living adjustments (COLA).
