This Memorandum is to inform local social services districts that the Department is making additional Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) funds available to social services districts for that child care subsidy program for the current federal fiscal year (FFY 95-96). This increase is based on the State's determination to use a larger proportion of the State's CCDBG funds for subsidies for the current year. The additional funding may not be available in subsequent years.
