GIS 98 MA/041: Medicaid Eligibility Changes for January 1, 1999

GIS 98 MA/041 Advises that the federal Balanced Budget Act of 1997 contains a number of new Medicaid provisions. Chapter 2 of the laws of 1998 was enacted to implement the new provisions in New York State. This GIS advises districts of the applicable changes to the Medicaid program that must be implemented effective January 1, 1999.
