GIS 98 MA/23: Zebley List of Children Who Lost or Are Expected to Lose SSI
GIS 98 MA/023 Asks that this GIS message and the BICS reports it references be distributed to Medicaid Directors and IM Directors for Centralized SSI Units. 98 OMM LCM 002 provided districts with instructions for determining continued Medicaid eligibility for children who lost their SSI due to changes in the disability criteria. A list of children who had lost or could be expected to lose their SSI was an attachment to the LCM. A duplicate of that list was also sent to all districts via BICS. New York City received its list via the regular file distribution process.
