GIS 99 MA/030: Enhanced Funding for Implementation of Medicaid Welfare Reform Requirements

GIS 99 MA/030 Districts were notified in 98 OMM/ADM-5 of funding available for certain administrative expenditures related to the implementation of Welfare Reform requirements. In this ADM it was stated that funding must be used for activities that were conducted during the period of December 2, 1996 through September 30, 1999. We have recently received clarification that allows districts to apply these funds to allowable activities conducted through December 31, 1999.
