GIS 06 TA/DC026: Toll-Free Number for Hearing Matters Related to the Flood of 2006

A number of counties in New York State have been declared disaster areas and currently have Disaster Assistance Service Centers (DASCs) operating due to the recent flooding.  The declared counties include:

Delaware, Broome, Tioga, Otsego, Chenango, Montgomery, Herkimer, Sullivan

The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) has established a toll-free number for appellants in the affected counties.  Callers may use this number to access the OAH Intake Unit for hearing matters related to the "Flood of 2006."  This number is:
