The purpose of this Local Commissioners Memorandum (LCM) is to notify local social services districts of a June 30, 2005 deadline for the submission of Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Special Project claims for expenditures through September 30, 2004 for the TANF projects listed below.
