The purpose of this Local Commissioners Memorandum (LCM) is to issue the 2005-06 Domestic Violence State Aid Rates (DVSARs) for licensed Domestic Violence (DV) Residential Programs in New York City. These DVSARs are for the period July 1,2005 to June 30,2006. A separate memorandum is issued for licensed DV Residential Programs in the rest-of-state counties outside New York City.
