The purpose of this Local Commissioners Mem randum (LCM)is to issue Final Calendar Year (CY)2000 Per Diem Chargeback Rates for care provided to youth placed in facilities operated by the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS).These final rates are based on CY2000 actual expenditures for the cost of care provided to youth in such facilities
directly operated by OCFS,net of the available funding from Federal sources for such programs.Federal claims at the applicable final rates for eligible youth for CY2000 will be submitted to the Federal government for reimbursement to OCFS.
