This GIS message is to inform local districts that the Medicaid Disability Manual, first posted on the Department of Health (DOH) web site in April 2005, has been updated and will continue to be updated twice each year in the months of January and July. The updated manual contains changes to the Official Policy section and to Appendices 1 and 2, the Listing of Impairments for Adults and Children.
