Announces that there will continue to be no resource limit for FHPlus until federal approval is obtained.
FHPlus was implemented as an amendment to "The Partnership Plan," New York's federally-approved Comprehensive State Health Reform Waiver under 42 U.S.C. ยง 1315. The existing waiver has been approval through March 31, 2006, so New York must get federal approval of any amendment to the "The Partnership Plan," such as the imposition of a resource test for FHPlus.
