05-INF-05: HEAP 2005-2006 Needs Assessment Public Hearings
The New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance will conduct two needs assessment public hearings to provide for public input on the development of the 2005-2006 New York State Plan for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP).
