I. Purpose: The purpose of this release is to review policy requirements for expedited processing of food stamp applications and mandate use of the revised mandated LDSS-3938:“Food Stamp Application Expedited Processing Summary Sheet ”(Rev.06/05). This release also advises
districts of a clarification in policy that is incorporated in the form revision.
