91 INF-50: State Assumption of Local Districts' Share of Supplemental Payments
This release informs you that Chapter 458 of the Laws of 1991 amended Section 212 of the Social Services Law to extend the State's assumption of the local districts' share of the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) supplemental payments.
