This release provides local social services districts (SSDs) with revised
State model agreements which are recommended for use in the implementation of specific activities under the Job Opportunities and Basic Skills Training (JOBS) Program. These revisions are necessitated by program changes described in 90 ADM-27, which took effect October 1, 1990. Agreements made prior to that date are not affected.
