I. Purpose
The purpose of this letter is to inform district staff of:
a. The New York State Office of Mental Retardation and
Developmental Disabilities Home and Community Based Services
Waiver; and,
b. Guidelines for the authorization of transportation of persons
covered under Medical Assistance.
