In March and April of 1991, the Department conducted six regional
technical assistance sessions on 90 ADM-40, "Protective Services for Adults: Client Characteristics". On October 3, 1991, 91 INF-53 was released to provide additional clarification regarding questions raised during the technical assistance. This release provides further clarification on the
issue of Voluntary and Involuntary Clients and supercedes 91 INF-53.
