94 INF-57: Consolidated Services Plan: 1995 Income Eligibility Standards

The purpose of this letter is to transmit the 1995 income standards to be
used in determining eligibility for services. State income standards are
established using the federal poverty level for family size of 4 as a base,
adjusted by family size scale. Local district eligibility levels are
recorded in Appendix F of the local district Consolidated Services Plan and
are used as input to the district's Title XX services matrix within the
Welfare Management System.
