I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this release is to inform local districts that the
Client Information Books, DSS-4148A DSS-4148A, DSS-4148B DSS-4148B, and DSS-4148C DSS-4148C, have
been revised.

These three Books were distributed to the NYC/HRA and Upstate
warehouses late September, 1995.
