The purposes of this letter are to:
1. transmit two resource lists that may be useful to your staff when
involved in activities related to the Home and Community-Based
Services Waiver for Persons with Traumatic Brain Injuries (HCBS/TBI
Waiver); and
2. provide some general information about the New York State
Department of Health (DOH) Supplemental Rental Subsidy and
Housing Supports Funding for individuals participating in this
waiver.
