90 ADM-19: Preventive Services/Housing Services: Chapter 542 of the Laws of 1988
I. Purpose The purpose of this Administrative Directive is to advise you of the provisions of Chapter 542 of the Laws of 1988 and the related regulatory amendments to 18 NYCRR Parts 423 and 430. These provisions added housing services in the form of rent subsidy and other assistance as a mandated preventive service.
