90 ADM-13: Eligibility Criteria for Emergency Home Relief
I. PURPOSE The purpose of this directive is to advise local social services districts of an amendment to Department regulation 370.3 which sets forth additional detailed eligibility criteria for receipt of emergency Home Relief.
